Organic Wool Mattress Overlay

A thick, cosy overlay with organic Merino (only from humane husbandry) lambswool fleece quilted into an organic cotton jersey cover. This overlay can give greater comfort to a firm mattress as well as offering good temperature and moisture regulation to keep you warm and dry. Secures with elasticated straps at each corner. Can be hand washed but not by machine as the wool fibres have not been chemically treated to make the wool machine washable. It is recommended that they are just aired out occasionally as the wool fibres are naturally resistant to dirt and odours (and dust mites!).

This is our deepest overlay and is considerably thicker than most overlays found elsewhere, the wool fill is 1000 grammes per square metre, which is twice some other products that we have seen at a similar price.
