Firm/Springy Natural Mattress

A springier mattress where the wool is replaced by layers of natural latex. Latex is a bit of a general term, the 'latex' in many mattresses is often a surprisingly low percentage of natural latex and the rest is fillers and fire retardants, we use the purest latex we could find, it contains only natural latex sap from the rubber tree and is tested for any harmful chemicals to Oko-Tex 100 certification. It is also approved by the Soil Association for use in certified organic mattresses. We can also send out samples (40cm x 40cm) which can help to give an idea of the differences between mattresses.

These mattresses are made here in our Manchester workshop so we can make any size.

This mattress is 16cm deep.

We can make this mattress up with a deeper fill of latex which you might find more comfortable if you tend to sleep on your side most of the time or are of lighter body weight. The total mattress height will still be 16cm but the proportion of natural latex will be higher than in our standard Firm-Springy mattress.
